The Librarius is one of a Space Marine Chapter’s most mysterious institutions. Its members are the Librarians, warrior-mystics and scholars who have spent decades mastering their psychic talent to lend their Chapter great wisdom as well as fearsome power in battle. Over their lives, the Librarians will master myriad psychic disciplines and other subtle skills. They will learn to manipulate raging infernos with the slightest hand gestures, turn the nightmares of their foes into horrifying reality, detect the movements of daemons through warp space and read the Emperor’s Tarot.
